Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and results.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Services may be paused or suspended in case of delayed or failed payments.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We are not responsible for:

  • Policy changes of third-party platforms

  • Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by these platforms

  • Performance changes due to algorithm updates

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Scope Ark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for losses in revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from service use

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question

  • Payments are not made on time

  • The client engages in abusive or unlawful behavior

Clients may also terminate services with written notice, subject to payment for work already completed.
